Mark Hinkle, Broker
Mark Hinkle – Broker / Realtor
Mark Hinkle is a lifelong resident of Frederick County, Maryland, with deep roots and a strong commitment to his community. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Management from Hood College in Frederick, MD.
Following a distinguished 20-year career as a firefighter, Mark transitioned into real estate in 2006. He earned his Maryland Broker License and founded Middle Creek Realty, LLC. Mark is currently licensed to practice in both Maryland and Pennsylvania.
Mark’s philosophy and ambition have remained steadfast: to help others achieve the dream of homeownership. Specializing in the Maryland and Pennsylvania markets, he also maintains excellent working relationships with agents across Delaware, West Virginia, and Virginia. Whether working with buyers or sellers, Mark brings a passionate and heartfelt dedication to serving his clients’ best interests.

Beyond real estate, Mark is deeply engaged in his community. He continues to serve as a local firefighter/EMT and is the Mayor of Myersville, Maryland. He recently served on the Board of Directors for the Braddock Barracudas swim team. In 2023, Mark was inducted into the Maryland Municipal League Hall of Fame in recognition of nearly 25 years of dedicated service to the Town of Myersville. His guiding belief is simple: “If you want a great community, you must be involved.”

Donald was born and raised in Berkeley County, WV. When Donald isn’t working, he enjoys spending quality time with his husband and son. He is passionate about helping his friends and family and supporting his local community. After he graduated from Hedgesville High School in 2013, he continued pouring into the community by helping educate the youth of the Tri-State area. He coached fine arts and coordinated other directing programs.
In Donald’s previous employment, he worked in Corporate America and has always felt strongly about wanting to work in real estate. Donald understands real estate is complex and sometimes tedious. He wants to ensure each one of his clients has the best purchasing experience.

Vince Baker, REALTOR®
Vince is a lifelong resident of Frederick County, currently residing in New Market with his wife, three daughters, and German Shepherd. His decision to make this area his home is rooted in his love for what it has to offer, including recreation such as dining, arts, hiking, boating, and fishing.

Lexi Sassi, REALTOR®
Lexi became a real estate agent in 2016 when her youngest child started kindergarten. Prior to that, she spent fifteen years in law enforcement as a police officer and security director. "I really enjoy helping clients through the home buying and selling process. Since most people only buy or sell a few times in their lives, transactions can feel overwhelming and confusing with stacks of paperwork involved. I try to take the intimidation factor out of the process and take pride in walking my clients through, step-by-step and being sure they always understand what they're signing and why."
I currently live in Middletown, MD in my forever farmette with my husband and two kids. We share our outdoor space with pigs, goats, geese, chickens, and an emu and our indoor space with two dogs and two cats. I'm active in our community, volunteering in the schools, at the Food Banks, and with the Middletown Green Team. I also serve on the boards of the Middletown Middle School PTSA and Friends of the Middletown Library.
